Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Training Center

This project consisted of a pre-engineered metal building for use as classrooms and a conference center by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. It is designed around a 6,000-square-foot conference room that is capable of seating 680 people. This classroom is equipped with operable partitions so that it can be subdivided into three smaller classrooms each capable of operating independently or in combination with an adjoining classroom. These classrooms are supported by a state-of-the-art audio-visual system with video capture. This system will allow the space(s) to be used for various teaching and conferencing functions, including teleconferencing and remote learning. The conference and classroom spaces are supported by two offices, public and private restrooms, and furniture storage.

This new facility is going to allow us to do much more.

This is perfect. It’s ideal. I could have never dreamed of having a facility like this 40 years ago.”
