The four buildings we designed at The Summit at Fritz Farm may have the smallest footprint of the center, but they are definitely some of the most visited and most popular buildings of the whole development.

The Summit at Fritz Farm
At The Summit at Fritz Farm, CMH designed four freestanding buildings that utilized a unique mix of contemporary exterior materials for their multiple diverse tenants. Three of these buildings are located at “The Green” which is designed to be the central outdoor public gathering area for the popular mixed-use center.
