Saks Fifth Avenue
For Saks Fifth Avenue’s first location in Puerto Rico, CMH established a strong working relationship with the San Juan-based general contractor, developer, and local consultants, as well as the Saks store-planning and construction teams. A high level of coordination was required to tackle challenges such as the compact site, extensive interior detailing, and hurricane and seismic design requirements.
