CMH worked with the client to fulfill a longtime vision of developing the historic family property by obtaining zoning and other planning regulations to permit the development of the large lifestyle center. The masterplan for the mixed-use project includes upscale apartments, retail, dining, and the best Whole Foods in the region. The architecture and hardscape/landscape design infuse a Mediterranean theme with references and flavor that harken back to the site’s former lives as an airfield and a horse pasture.
