CMH coordinated the renovation of an existing 2-story 146,000-square-foot manufacturing building into a state-of-the-art dealership that sells and services new and pre-owned boats.  The adaptive re-use facility includes more than 70,000–square–feet of retail space with supporting offices and another 75,000–square–feet for rigging and service. The scope of work included new utility systems, new roof, repairs to the exterior façade, new entry and signage elements, an in-ground testing tank for testing engines on-site, a large covered outdoor sales area, landscaping and site work.  One of the biggest challenges was an extremely ambitious schedule to design and construct the flagship building in time for the busiest part of the year for boat sales.
