Apple Store @ The Summit at Fritz Farms

CMH worked with Apple and the property owner in unveiling its latest store design concept that features a forum and video wall, product displays, refined limestone architecture, and plenty of space for ‘Genius support’ — under a pitched plank roof. Phase 1 of the process was relocating the existing tenant in order to demo and reconstruct the area for Apple and a new adjacent shops space. A big challenge in the design process was eliminating all structural columns on the sales floor while structural supporting the double-taper cantilevered canopy.
